Our Family Support Team have been fortunate enough to receive training so we can deliver the ‘Sleep Tight Workshop’ to families accessing our services. We have just completed the first of these 5 week long workshops, with the aim of improving sleep for children and families. These workshops will run at regular intervals throughout the year, with the hope of supporting as many families as possible.
