I always wanted to work with children from since being at school and when I did my work experience in schools and nurseries I knew it was the path I wanted to take. Making a difference to the life of each child you support is very rewarding.

In my last setting I supported a number of children with additional needs. Although it could be challenging at times, it was so rewarding seeing the children progress, no matter how big or small that progression was. I knew then I wanted to learn more about supporting children with additional needs in my care.

At Peter Pan I feel like I learn something new every day! I love watching all our children grow and get ready for their next adventure when they leave us.
