Alice Holford

Deputy Centre Manager

I was lucky enough to secure a placement at Peter Pan when I was at college. This was an amazing experience and made me realise how rewarding this work is. I decided to specialise in SEND, and I started my career at Peter Pan when I had completed my Level 3 National diploma in Children’s Care, Learning and Development.

I have been supported to develop my career and progress from a trainee practitioner to specialist practitioner to Deputy Centre Manager. As a staff team we take part in training on a regular basis to ensure our knowledge is up to date, relevant and supports the children and families to the best of our ability.

I love my job as it is so rewarding. I love seeing the impact we have on the children and their families every week. We have such a great and friendly team which makes it a lovely place to work.

Alice joined the Peter Pan Centre in October 2015

She has an NCFE CACHE level 4 Early Years Advance Practitioner Certificate

Alice has a keen interest in supporting children with a wide range of SEND and is our pro at teaching our team new songs using Makaton signing

Alice’s dog Diddy keeps her on her toes and often awake at night. Alice is always championing for a fancy dress Pyjama Day where she can.
