All I ever wanted to do was work with children. An opportunity arose to come at work at Peter Pan on maternity cover and I was fortunate enough to be able to stay, I have always found joy in watching the children who need extra support make even the smallest steps of progress.

I have been supported to develop my career and progress from a Specialist Practitioner to Family Support Manager. We have a brilliant and supportive team. Everyone is passionate about providing the best support for the children and families we serve.
